About Us

Irma Chez is the president and CEO and founder of the Latina-owned business Precise Management and Residence Services (PMRS). A native of Guatemala, she migrated to the United States with her parents when she was young and has been working hard since the age of 15. She is aware of what it entails to work hard, be dedicated, be diligent, and be professional.  

Before founding Precise Management and Residence Services LLC, she held various positions in the field, including those of Certified Occupancy, Assistant Manager, Property Manager, Senior Property Manager, and most recently, Executive Director of the Swampscott Housing Authority, where she exhibited her professionalism and management skills. 

She was recognized as Person of the Year 2021, representing the Town of Swampscott, in a local newspaper, The Lynn Item, and received a citation from Senator Crighton of Massachusetts. She has more than 22 years of experience in both the private and public sectors of property management.

Due to her fluency in both Spanish and English, she is able to communicate and broaden her audience within the management sector.

She is skilled in contract negotiations, community outreach, building partnerships, property operations, leasing (commercial and apartment), maintenance management, program compliance, financial management, team building, and asset management, with an emphasis on turning around underperforming properties.

She is qualified as an occupancy specialist, has fair housing and OSHA certifications, is certified in Massachusetts public housing, is knowledgeable about all HUD programs, including Section 236 and LIHTC, and has more than 24 years of experience as a Massachusetts state-issued notary public.

Her entrepreneurial drive and willingness to serve others have helped her excel in everything she has done. Her objective is to work with youth and career driven women.
